Very easy process from beginning to end and very quick from start to finish - Text drove car Thursday morning, wife test drove Friday morning, and bought the car Saturday morning. Everything very straightforward and easy from the test drives, to the negotiation, and finally the closing process. A final note of praise for Jason who we worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with as well as honest and fair! Thanks! Haven't had the car but a few days now but we sure are enjoying the driving experience! Fantastic!

Before starting any repair, the technicians at Town North Mazda make a video in which they show and explain any issues with your car. I love these videos! I also appreciate the fact that they seem to be trying to save you money, not rip you off. Finally, they do an excellent on the repairs.

I bought my car from this dealership 10 years ago and I always bring back my car for all its maintenance and repairs. Last visit, I had a screw in my brand new tire I just bought there. I called Victor and he was able to fit me into the schedule and the repair was covered by road hazard insurance! The technician also gave it a quick lookover and checked the other tires.

Usually a very dependable place to get your car inspected and serviced. I love the new building and the fact that they give you a car wash now, but you have to ask for it! I was a little upset when I got my car back from its yearly inspection oil change, and tire rotation in that when I started my car, there was a TPMS warning on the dash! I mentioned it to Josh a senior service manager, who happened to be standing nearby, and he drove my car around and said he was sorry that should’ve been ...

As usual I received EXCELLENT service from Town North Mazda for my 22 year old truck. The mechanic staff is nothing less than the best and everyone is so professional. One thing I like is that they never upsell, they fix exactly what I asked for no more and no less! Of course they do thorough diagnostics and if they find something I’m sure they will let me know. Also they are sensitive to cost concerns. I highly recommend Town North Mazda service department!
